Rocks, rocks, and more rocks.
We have been to the Garden of the Gods once before and enjoyed it. This time we took a different path that led us to so much more beautiful formations to look at and climb. Samuel and Baylin wanted to hike every hill and climb every rock. My parents came to visit and enjoyed this nice day out with us.

Samuel really liked climbing through these small openings between the rocks. Below is Baylin playing in the trees waiting for everyone else to come back down a trail.

Samuel was nowhere to be found one night after going to bed and we found him sound asleep under his bed with his jacket and snow boots on.
I absolutely love this photo of my dad and Baylin. Perfect timing with that smile.
That would be chocolate ice cream on Samuel's face. I think he was having a little too much fun eating that night.
