3 Little monkeys sleeping in my room.
So at one point during the night we had 5 people all sleeping in my room. Samuel on the floor, Baylin insisting he needed to sleep right next to me, and Hunter tucked away in the bassinet. With everyone back in their own beds at some point during the night and then had a visitor at 4:30 am (Baylin) asking me to watch a movie with him. Of course the reply was "NO WAY GO BACK TO BED!!!"
Crazy kid thinking it was for some reason time to get up just because Hunter got up to eat.
Another thing I wanted to share were a couple funny and cute things (not necessarily at the same time) that have taken place in our home lately. Namely conversations like....
Ira: "When does poop start to stink?"
Me: "Uhhhh?" Not sure what he was talking about since it was not led in by something during our conversation that had anything to do with poop. My immediate thought is duh right away you know that. But of course he was referring to baby poop. Funny to me. Guess you had to be there or have my humor.
Next..
Samuel:" Can I have pop mom?"
Me: "Sure" and hand it to him
Samuel:" This is delicious. This is delicious. This is delicious."
Guess it was pretty good. Once again funny to me.
Next..
To explain why the next is cute I have to explain that Baylin has not had much to do with the baby the first couple of days home. He was not so sure each time he cried nor did he take to the idea that Hunter was getting so much of my attention due to diaper changes and feedings.
Hunter was crying and Baylin came up to him on his own and said
"It is okay baby, you're safe."
As he is patting him on the belly.
Another time Baylin accidentally bumped the bouncy seat and said
"Sorry baby."
And to top it today he went up to Hunter and was rubbing his head saying
"Mom he is so cute. He is so cute."
It made me feel better about Baylin adjusting to the addition to our family.
That is the extend of the excitement going on around here. Lack of sleep, lots of diaper changing, late night feedings, crying (kids, not me), and Hunter urinating on everything namely me and the couch. Happy to have it all. Hunter has gained 1/2 oz since birth.

Julianna came in this morning at 5:20 and demanded breakfast. I told her to go back to bed. What is it with these kids? I guess they're just practicing for getting up early on Christmas!
Congrats Heather. Another cute little guy.
Our #2 (Todd) had trouble when #3 (Mitch) came. Must be something in the nubmers.
